How much does a written translation cost?

The cost of a translation depends on the number of pages, text specificity, and the expected deadline. The number of pages is calculated based on document statistics. The text specificity and complexity are assessed by source text analysis before the order is accepted.
A deadline is set based on the customer’s needs and expectations. Taking these factors into account, an appropriate rate per page is calculated.

What is the pricing basis for a translation page?

A translation page corresponds to 1,800 characters (with spaces), i.e. 30 lines of 60 characters each.

How much does an interpreting service cost?

The cost of an interpreting service depends on the number of service hours and order specificity. These factors provide the basis for an hourly rate calculation. The rate is usually applied to standard four-hour units.

How much does a certified translation cost?

Certified translations are priced in the same way as other types of assignments. The difference is the size of a translation page which is assumed to have 1,125 characters (with spaces), corresponding to 25 lines of 45 characters each. Accordingly, certified translations cost more than uncertified ones.
